Rules, Regulations & General Guide for Parents

To ensure a smooth, safe, and productive learning environment for all students, we request parents to follow these guidelines while interacting with the school and supporting their children’s education:

1. Attendance & Communication

• Inform the school in advance if your child will be absent.
• Maintain open communication with the school regarding academic progress, health issues, or other concerns.
• Ensure that your child arrives at school on time every day. 

2. Visiting the School

• Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms to meet teachers or students.
• Any meetings with teachers must be scheduled through the school office.
• During school hours, follow visitor protocols at the reception.

 3. Uniform & Presentation

• Ensure that your child comes to school in proper uniform every day.
• Encourage neat grooming, personal hygiene, and proper footwear.

 4. Health & Safety

• Inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
• Ensure your child follows school safety rules during arrival, departure, and school activities.
• Do not send your child to school if they are unwell or contagious.

 5. Discipline & Conduct

• Encourage your child to follow school rules, respect teachers, and maintain decorum.
• Address behavioral concerns in a positive and constructive manner through proper school channels.
• Support the school in preventing bullying, harassment, or violence.

 6. Academic Support

• Monitor your child’s homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and actively participate in discussions about your child’s progress.
• Encourage reading, curiosity, and learning beyond the classroom.

7. School Property & Environment

• Teach your child to respect school property and resources.
• Support school initiatives for cleanliness, environmental care, and discipline.

8. Food & Nutrition

• Ensure your child follows the school’s food and lunch guidelines.
• Avoid sending junk food or restricted items unless permitted by the school.

9. School Timings & Holidays

• Monday to Saturday: 7:40 AM – 1:40 PM (1 to 12)
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Pre-Primary)
• First and Third Saturdays: Holiday
• Plan transportation accordingly and ensure punctual drop-offs and pickups.

10. General Guidelines

• Keep your contact information up-to-date with the school.
• Respect school policies, instructions, and communications.
• Encourage your child to actively participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Support school initiatives and events while maintaining mutual respect with staff and other parents.
